Return Policy: Processing time for returns takes 3–5 business days. sLiK Bait Co, LLC does not operate over the weekend. ITEMS AND STREET ADDRESSES FOR ORDERS PLACED ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE CHANGED. CANCELLATIONS: ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED AFTER BEING SHIPPED WILL BE REFUNDED 75% OF THE FINAL PRICE PAID. THIS IS TO PREVENT AND COMPENSATE FOR POSTAGE COST, THE REROUTING COST FOR THE PACKAGE IF SENT, AND ULTIMATELY FOR THE LOSS OF MERCHANDISE AS WELL.
1- I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP? Processing time for orders takes 7-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. When the package is ready, we will ship it out the desired way that the customer selected. Business days are Mon-Fri, we do not package and ship on Saturday or Sunday.
2- I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? Orders that are placed will take 7-10 days to be processed and shipped. In those 7-10 days expect a tracking label to be made. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is made and the package goes out.
3- I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN'T IT WORK? If you have just received an email with your tracking number, it will take 12-24 hours (by the end of the day Central Time) for the shipping carrier to scan it into the system and for the tracking to start
4- HOLIDAYS OR INDUSTRY EVENTS: sLik Bait Co. is a family business that strives to bring the highest quality of product available for the price. There may be times when the whole office is out of the office for industry events, such as but not limited to ICAST or Bassmaster Tournament events and Holidays. During these times there may be a delay in processing, but rest assured as soon as we return your order will be fulfilled ASAP.
Returns will be honored for 30 days from the order date. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are not eligible to be returned, including gift cards. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This would apply to any item not in its original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, etc. You must provide proof of purchase for any refund.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you by email. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
